Turquenite, crafted from dyed howlite, mimics the vibrant turquoise hue. Howlite, often utilized in decorative items and jewelry components due to its porous texture, can be easily dyed to resemble other minerals like turquoise. Marketed as turquenite, this dyed variation opens and balances the crown and throat chakras. Despite its natural state, howlite is sometimes sold under misleading names such as "white turquoise" or "white buffalo stone."
